These are the first shots of the first Heward/Thibo Nugget. We have got a boy coming to our family somewhere around May 14th. Perfect timing for summer.

Everything is going really well, I am still able to excersice, and haven't felt sick the whole time. Due to my hight I just look like I have put on a little weight in the middle, which I think will be the case for some time. Little does everyone else know there is a being the size of a cantalope doing the chicken dance.

Notice the distinct Heward Spoon thumbs. Mike is the only one in his family that has them, but we might be starting a family tradition. THe picture on the right has the arrow pointing right at it.

The Foot is measureing 4 cm right now at 21 weeks along.

Looks like I will have a different kind of adventure this summer.

We will be going to NH for the summer again, but this time I will be there the whole time and no fires, at least not the kind I work with normally, I am sure I will putting out lots of small fires, good thing I am a trained professional.

Heather owns a Remington

Well much to the chagrin of gun owners everywhere, I won a Remington 870 in a raffle I had no intention of winning. We are pretty excited as you can see, this is Mike protecting the family during Christmas dinner

Snow

We have recieved some great snow this year (now it is some great water) and Rosie has really been enjoying it, although she lost all but one of her balls

Winter

Here is our home grown Christmas tree; it was a lame yard tree but a wonderful holiday decoration. It even came equiped with an unihabited birds nest

Letter from camp

Don't get me wrong, I was having a great time at work as we traveled all around Texas this early summer and then to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon...But things started to heat up in California and I thought I better get out of the way to avoid mass confution and structure protection caos...After much though, I decided that my energy would be better spent with Mike in New Hampshire... So I booked a flight as soon as I got back from the canyon (3 weeks ago) and left for NH the next day. Now Mike and I are enjoying our time together as he takes care of his few hundred minions (i.e. campers) and I take them on hikes around the white mountain.
